A completed booking form is deemed conclusive evidence of the Exhibitor’s agreement to pay in full for attending the Event. Request to cancel must be received in writing. Should the Exhibitor cancel 5 months or more before the Event, the Exhibitor will incur no cancellation charges. Where a cancellation is made between 4-5 months before the Event, 50% of the total cost paid by the Exhibitor is payable. For any cancellation made within 4 months of the Event taking place, no refund shall be issued and amounts unpaid will still be due to the Organiser under the contract in line with these terms and conditions.
